Airport Drop-off
After booking with us, a confirmation email is sent with an approximate pick up time and the pick-up location (mostly your home address). Due to uncertainty about the number of passengers and pick-up locations, we can only provide an indicative drop-off time. However, we ensure that you are allowed 3 hours of check-in time for international departures.
Airport Pick-Up
Airport pick-ups are very simple. For shuttle services from Auckland International Airport to Hamilton (and nearby areas), you can find us at the pre-booked transport area for international arrivals or on the area to the left when leaving from the secure customs area.
How Shared Shuttle Works?
When booking your airport shuttle, when you opt for a shared shuttle, we match your requests with others traveling in the same direction in the same timeframe. Based on the number of guests traveling, we make few stops on the way to either pick up or drop off fellow passengers. However, this form of shuttle service would have more traveling time and we advise you to pre-book to allow us to accommodate you in a better way. The booking will be confirmed as per passenger availability. Kindly contact us directly, if your inquiry is urgent or if you are traveling within 48 hours.
