Airport Drop-off
After booking with us, a confirmation email is sent with an approximate pick up time and the pick-up location (mostly your home address). Due to uncertainty about the number of passengers and pick-up locations, we can only provide an indicative drop-off time. However, we ensure that you are allowed 3 hours of check-in time for international departures.
Airport Pick-Up
Airport pick-ups are very simple. For shuttle services from Auckland International Airport to Hamilton (and nearby areas), you can find us at the pre-booked transport area for international arrivals or on the area to the left when leaving from the secure customs area.
How Shared Shuttle Works?
When booking your airport shuttle, when you opt for a shared shuttle, we match your requests with others traveling in the same direction in the same timeframe. Based on the number of guests traveling, we make few stops on the way to either pick up or drop off fellow passengers. However, this form of shuttle service would have more traveling time and we advise you to pre-book to allow us to accommodate you in a better way. The booking will be confirmed as per passenger availability. Kindly contact us directly, if your inquiry is urgent or if you are traveling within 48 hours.

Bookings within 24 hours of travel are considered a late booking and you may have to fit in with our pre-planned schedule on our shared service.
Rates include GST of 15% and are given in New Zealand dollars.
A 20% surcharge applies on New Zealand Statutory holidays.
A non-refundable 3.5% administration fee will apply to Visa & Mastercard credit card transactions.

Important information
Our quotes are without the inclusion of travel insurance, passengers are requested to arrange their own travel insurance. In general traffic, the travel time frame between Hamilton & Auckland airport is 1.5 hours to 2 hours. Depending on the number of passengers and stops, time delays are a possibility and hence passengers should plan their travel well ahead, keeping enough time in hand to reach the airport comfortably. While we strive to make it within the arrival time at the airport, we do not guarantee it nor take any responsibility for any loss if we can’t make it on time.
